Vice President of Commercial Lending, Southeastern Bank

Andrew previously worked as a Bank Examiner with the US Treasury Department’s Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, and as the Chief Risk Officer for West Alabama Bank. Currently, Andrew is a Vice President of Commercial Lending with Southeastern Bank. He loves working with investors, businesses big and small, non-profits, and individual clients, focusing on developing long lasting banking relationships and meeting client needs with creative lending solutions.

Andrew enjoys giving back to the community, currently serving as the President of the St Simons Island Rotary Scholarship Fund, a Rotarian in the St Simons Island Rotary Club, and a Board Member of the Coastal Symphony of Georgia.

You may recognize him from the background of assorted Derby Day photos in Elegant Island Living, his brief stint as a professional model, being showcased in a Bank ad campaign in the Brunswick News and on several local billboards, or awkwardly dancing in between tables as a shoe guy at the Golden Isles Hospice’s Wine, Women, & Shoes fundraiser. He is an advocate for the colorblind, and has been told that he has a voice and face for radio.

Andrew is married to Lindsey Holland, who serves as the Senior Human Resources Director for MAP International. He substantially outkicked his coverage and would appreciate it if everyone would avoid telling Lindsey that she could do better. They live on St. Simons Island, GA with their two amazing 11 year old sons, Graham and Liam, and a corgi puppy named Emmy.

I am participating in this initiative because I strongly believe in Safe Harbor’s mission to provide services that promote security and stability for at risk families, individuals, and children, and help to prevent child abuse, homelessness, and neglect amongst children in Southeast Georgia. I have a family member who has worked with a child for 7+ years who has benefitted from Safe Harbor’s programs, and have seen first-hand the substantial impact that their programs have had on that child. I hope that this competition will enable Safe Harbor to expand the scope of programs provided and the number of children who benefit from their efforts.
