Senior Vice President, Consumer Brands at Richs Products Corporation


Shannon Gilreath is the Senior Vice President of the Consumer Brands Division for Rich Products. She joined Rich’s in 2003 and has held a variety of senior-level marketing and brand leadership positions during her long career with the company.

Currently as SVP, Gilreath oversees the appetizer, seafood, bowl toppings and pizza categories, which include the Farm Rich, SeaPak, Morey’s and Private brands businesses. Collectively, the Consumer Brands Division of Rich’s is valued at over $1B in annual sales.

A seasoned leader in the food industry, she has a solid track record for growing brands, driving long-range visions for categories and developing strong partnerships with strategic customers. She was recently appointed to the National Fisheries Institute board of directors, as well as to the National Frozen and Refrigerated Foods Association as an Advisory Director. With an extensive background in both seafood and frozen food, she brings nearly two decades of marketing savvy and forward thinking to these important industry leadership roles, helping to shape the future of food.

A passionate volunteer, Shannon has served a variety of charitable and philanthropic organizations, including the Junior League of the Golden Isles and American Cancer Society of Southeast Georgia Victory Board. In her role at Rich products Shannon actively support a variety of local organizations and causes through the Rich Products Charitable Giving campaigns and Communities of Coastal Georgia fundraising work. She graduated from the Leadership Glynn Program in 2007.

Shannon, her husband Stephen, and their two children are members of the St. William Catholic Church on St. Simons Island. She earned her M.B.A. degree in 2008 from Georgia Southern University and a B.S. in 2004 from Miami University of Ohio, Farmer School of Business, where she graduated magna cum laude. She is originally from Louisville, Kentucky.
