Director- New Roots Glynn, RCO, Owner- Lucy & Drew Consignment Boutique, and Catering Manager- Porch SSI & Mr. Shucks

Heather Woodard has lived and worked in Glynn County almost her whole life. She has coordinated catering for 5 years because she just really enjoys a behind-the-scenes role in hospitality. In January 2023, she opened Lucy & Drew, which is a consignment store that also gives back to the community. After sustaining recovery herself in 2018, she has recently founded a Recovery Support Organization - New Roots Glynn and plans to partner with Safe Harbor's Family Preservation Program so that they can achieve more reunification with parents and their children in their community.

"Owning a non-profit, I know the limitations that come with programmatic funding. I am a Champion for Children this year to help raise money to be used in any way Safe Harbor needs to use it. I also want to spread awareness of all the amazing programs this organization has in place to help the precious children in our community. I think many people have heard of Safe Harbor, but they aren't aware of the impact the organization really has. I hope to forever be a part of Safe Harbor."
