As a third generation Glynn County resident, born and raised in the Golden Isles, Brooke cherishes everything the area has to offer. Following graduation from Glynn Academy, she worked and lived in Paris, Milan, Barcelona, Greece, Los Angeles, New York and Atlanta. She returned to St Simons Island in 2010 to start a family of her own and is grateful for the opportunity to give back to the community that has given so much to her and her family.
After achieving a Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education from Brenau University, she spent time in the public and private school systems as a kindergarten teacher and continues to seek ways to impact children's lives through her work within the community. She is an active member of Wesley Church at Frederica. Brooke serves on the Auxiliary Board for the Hospice of the Golden Isles. She is a Gather Cabinet Member for The Gathering Place, American Cancer Society Victory Board Member, Live Oak Member of the St. Simons Land Trust, 100 Women Who Care Member, and a member of the St. Simons Cotillion. Brooke also enjoys volunteering at her children's school, Frederica Academy.
As anyone who has met Brooke can attest, her spirit and enthusiasm are infectious, and her passion for the Golden Isles community is evident the second you meet her. She and her husband, Jeff, have two children, Blake and Grant.
