Champions for Children: Meghan Ozamiz

Meghan Ozamiz is passionate about the betterment of her community and has been supporting Safe Harbor’s mission to provide services to families, children and individuals for many years. She is looking forward to participating in Champions for Children this year.
Meghan is a Director of Marketing at Rich Products, where she leads product development and marketing strategies for the company's popular Farm Rich snack brand. In her role, Meghan is responsible for driving innovation, overseeing product development, and achieving financial success for her relevant categories. Farm Rich is a highly visible brand that runs fully integrated Marketing campaigns and has been a part of multiyear partnership with the SEC Network as the Official Frozen Snack of the SEC since 2020.
Before joining Rich Products, Meghan held various marketing positions in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry, where she honed her skills in brand management and go-to-market strategies. She holds a degree in Management from Clemson University.
Meghan has been a resident of St. Simons Island for 9 years and resides with her husband James, daughters Margaret and Sally, and rescued dog Smokey. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, playing tennis, reading, and spending time with her family.
Meghan is honored to participate as a candidate for the Safe Harbor Champions for Children Campaign. This initiative is close to her heart because it aligns with her commitment to ensuring all children can grow up in a safe, nurturing environment. Through this campaign, Meghan plans to raise awareness about the critical issues facing vulnerable children in our community and mobilize resources that will directly support Safe Harbor's essential programs. Meghan is also a member of the American Cancer Society Victory Board.
